Brand Marketing Director APPLY NOW

Job Purpose:

The Brand Marketing Director will be working with the Kinhmat longnhat leadership team to strategize and deploy marketing campaigns, and implement marketing plans across key digital touchpoints. In addition, this person will be involved in customer retention strategies, website experience, and overall community building efforts. This role will require somebody that is comfortable working on marketing strategy, project management, and execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop ecommerce and marketing strategies to accelerate revenue and customer engagement
• Conceptualize and implement marketing calendar and and go-to-market strategies
• Oversee execution of calendar, ensuring campaigns are executed across website, digital media, and agencies appropriately
• Refine go-to-market briefs and processes to streamline productivity and improve performance
• Collaborate with the creative team and graphic designers to bring concepts and campaigns to life. This may involve creating shot lists for digital campaigns, A/B testing assets and creative, reporting on asset performance, and ensuring projects are on time.
• Oversee website branding, positioning, and copy needs
• Develop best in class email and SMS strategy to improve customer engagement and lifetime value of Kinhmat longnhat users.
• Coordinate with the analytics and merchandising team as needed to evaluate performance of campaigns, product launches, and inform upcoming initiatives
• Work with our marketing team on product launches, key initiatives and events
• Research top marketing strategies, key competitors, and stay ahead of emerging marketing trends
• Measure and report on marketing campaign performance and key engagement KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Seasoned marketer with a minimum of 10 years apparel industry experience
• Shopify experience preferred
• Experience with analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics
• Must be willing to work in office at Kinhmat longnhat HQ during normal business hours

Location:

In office (full time) Kinhmat longnhat HQ, Holladay, UT

Some travel may be required on occasion for campaigns or to visit Kinhmat longnhat retail stores.

Salary:

$120,000 + Dependent on experience and qualifications.
